Five Things Sitting in My Amazon Cart Right Now

We all do it, the endless browse across the Amazon marketplace (though some have successfully broken the habit due to the questionable practices of the company as a whole). At any given moment, I’ll enter my cart and find that I’ve listed numerous items that I’d apparently decided that I simply must have. Things that I cannot live without. Treats that will forever haunt me if I don’t purchase them and take advantage of the Prime free shipping.

Here are the products currently lurking in my Amazon cart

Nexcare Acne Covers

I’ve never used a blemish patch, but lately I’ve seen a growing number of self-care promotion posts boasting the magic of these little devils, or its counterparts. This particular brand has over 3,000 reviews on Amazon, and is ranked at an average of four stars.

“OK what is the black magic sorcery?? Like seriously, I can't believe I never knew these existed. And why can't you find it in the stores?? “ - Heather R. Weather

Wisdom Panel 3.0 Breed Identification Dog DNA Test Kit

With a 6-month-old terrier mix at home that just keeps growing, we’re abound with curiosity regarding her strange, streets-of-Houston parentage. The cost is what has kept this product sitting in my cart, alongside the question of accuracy here, but maybe one day the price will be worth the shot.

“The Wisdom Panel DNA test was easy to use, and results arrived online earlier than we expected. We were impressed with the service and the DNA report on our girl -- plus information about ailments and medications that might be of concern for her breeds. We trust the results since the lab had no background information about this dog -- only the saliva on the swabs we submitted.” - jae

Decorative Green Fern Leaf Cushion Covers

I have been dreaming, nay drooling over these pillow covers for months, but in part due to the aforementioned puppy, have yet to make the leap. The greens and greys match our living room perfectly, but, alas, now is not the time. Unless I can convince myself otherwise, hence their presence in my cart to this day.

“I ordered two of these for my couch and am quite pleased with them! The greenery is a pretty muted green and the images are exactly as pictured in the product photos. The material is a thick canvas, but not at all scratchy. “ - Spenser

QuiltedAir Bath Pillow

On the subject of pillows, as a bath enthusiast this little ditty has been calling my name. It’s a simple pleasure, and for some reason I acquired an elaborate tub caddy before something as easy as a pillow, but here we are all the same.

“Very comfortable, which I expected. But I thought since it is partially immersed that the water would seep up the pillow and get my hair wet where it rested on the pillow. But it did not. My hair was perfectly dry after a long bath. Very pleased!” - Yvonne Huffman

ArtNaturals Anti-Aging-Set with Vitamin-C Retinol and Hyaluronic-Acid

The only reason these serums continue to sit, waiting for my call, is because I’ve promised myself that I will finish my current hoard of beauty products before venturing into a new brand. The sheer number of positive reviews, and not only on Amazon, have lured me in. I expect these won’t be cart residents for much longer.

“This is without a doubt the best value for the only three serums you will ever need for making your skin look great! These serums absorb quickly, and it only takes a small amount to see results. Give it a couple of weeks, and you will notice your skin looks and feels more even toned and plump.” - cinnis
